The National Palace Museum (Northern Branch) spans over 212,000 square meters, housing nearly 700,000 relics. This project requires a comprehensive camera configuration plan for indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring compatibility with the existing system and compliance with national regulations to protect visitor safety and personal information.

01National Cybersecurity Certification
With growing cybersecurity concerns, protecting privacy and ensuring environmental safety is crucial. Spark's Omnieye Advanced series IP cameras, made in Taiwan, are IoT cybersecurity certified by the Taiwanese Ministry of Economic Affairs and comply with the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), ensuring both high-quality video monitoring and information security.

02 Unyielding Clarity in Any Weather
Unpredictable weather, such as rain, wind, typhoons, and dense fog, can affect outdoor security surveillance by reducing visibility and impacting camera performance. To address this, Spark selected Advanced series zoom lens cameras with IP68/IK10-rated housings for durability. The cameras also feature an automatic glass defroster to maintain image clarity in varying temperatures.

03  Protection of National Cultural Treasures

The National Palace Museum houses invaluable treasures, including bronzeware, ceramics, jade, calligraphy, paintings, and ancient texts. To protect these artifacts, maintaining stable temperature, humidity, and light conditions is crucial. The Advanced series cameras with Sony Starvis Sensor provide clear color images even in low-light conditions, with adaptive infrared functionality that adjusts automatically for clear captures in dark or no-light environments, such as during museum closures.

Spark's Advanced series IP cameras provide reliable security with national cybersecurity certification and are designed to withstand diverse outdoor weather conditions while delivering high-quality images. In key exhibition areas, these cameras protect fragile artifacts, ensuring their preservation. The Northern Branch of the National Palace Museum can trust the Advanced series to securely safeguard and display national cultural treasures.
